1. How do revisions and change orders work?
Full website builds and website refreshes include two revision rounds. Landing pages, individual page designs, flyers, and graphic designs include one revision round. Edits requested beyond the included revisions—as well as new features, additional pages, or redesigns outside the approved scope—require a change order and are quoted separately.
2. When does my project officially begin?
Your project begins once the deposit is paid and all required content and images have been received. This ensures the design process moves smoothly and stays on schedule.
3. How long does a project take?
Most projects are completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on the project type and how quickly content is provided. Timelines for Brand Messaging and Copy Services vary by project and will be confirmed before work begins.
4. How will we communicate during the project?
Project communication is primarily handled through email, with other options agreed upon as needed. You’ll receive structured milestone updates, so you always know where your project stands.
5. What platform do you build on?
All websites are built in Showit and include a custom desktop design. Mobile optimization is available as an add-on.
6. What if I need changes outside my project scope?
Edits requested beyond the revisions included in your package—including new features, additional pages, or redesigns—are handled through a Change Order. Change orders are $65 per update. Requests containing multiple updates will be billed at $65 each.
